McNaughton<\/span> will succeed Dr. <span class=\"xn-person\">Bradley P. Gilbert<\/span> as Chief Executive Officer, effective <span class=\"xn-chron\">July 20, 2019<\/span>. <\/p>\n<div id=\"prni_dvprnejpg6fe0left\" style=\"WIDTH: 100%; TEXT-ALIGN: left\" dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"prnejpg6fe0left\" title=\"Jarrod McNaughton \" border=\"0\" alt=\"Jarrod McNaughton \" align=\"middle\" imagelabel=\"General\" src=\"https:\/\/mma.prnewswire.com\/media\/944248\/Jarrod_McNaughton.jpg\"\/><\/div>\n<p>McNaughton was selected after a rigorous nationwide search, facilitated by recruiting firm Witt Kiefer, that included extensive interviews with IEHP Governing Board members and IEHP leadership. Dr. Gilbert assisted the Board in its search, to ensure the new CEO would uphold IEHP&#8217;s strong commitment to its partners and members.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Gilbert announced his retirement on <span class=\"xn-chron\">November 26, 2018<\/span>, after 23 years with IEHP and a distinguished career in health care that spans four decades. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Active participation in the process to find someone committed to IEHP&#8217;s culture of <i>Do The Right Thing <\/i>was important to me,&#8221; said Dr. Gilbert. &#8220;During an intensive and rigorous interview process, it became clear that Jarrod&#8217;s experience and vision for enhancing services for our Members by building partnerships with our Providers, community partners and Team Members complements IEHP&#8217;s overall vision, mission, culture and core values. He joined IEHP as COO in <span class=\"xn-chron\">May 2018<\/span>.
