The new center, which will open to the public early next month, is part of the <span class=\"xn-money\">$146 million<\/span> commitment announced in <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 2019<\/span> to jointly operate 14 such locations across <span class=\"xn-location\">Los Angeles County<\/span>. The new resource center is located at 696 West Holt Avenue, in the heart of <span class=\"xn-location\">Pomona<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"prni_dvprnejpg7415left\" style=\"WIDTH: 100%; TEXT-ALIGN: left\" dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"prnejpg7415left\" title=\" \" border=\"0\" alt=\" \" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/mma.prnewswire.com\/media\/1024104\/CRC_Logo.jpg \" imagelabel=\"General\"\/><\/div>\n<p>The Community Resource Center in <span class=\"xn-location\">Pomona<\/span> will offer a wide variety of exercise, nutrition and health management classes in a safe, fun and inclusive space for local residents at no cost. This is the first of seven new centers that will open in the coming years. Seven existing centers will be either renovated or moved to larger locations. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The centers will offer services and resources to our members and the community that will keep them active, healthy and informed,&#8221; said <span class=\"xn-person\">John Baackes<\/span>, L.A.
