This lawsuit alleges false advertising of ginkgo biloba products Ginkgold\u00ae Advanced Ginkgo Extract\u00a0 (&#8220;Ginkgold&#8221;) and\u00a0 Ginkgold\u00ae Max Advanced Ginkgo\u00a0 Extract Max\u00a0 120 mg (&#8220;Ginkgold Max&#8221;).\u00a0\u00a0 Defendants vigorously deny the allegations and deny that any of their advertising relating to ginkgo biloba is false. The Court did not decide who is right. Instead, the parties reached a settlement to avoid the cost of continued litigation, its associated burden, and potential risks for both sides.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00a0you purchased Ginkgold or Ginkgold Max in the\u00a0United States, you may\u00a0be\u00a0a\u00a0Settlement Class member.
