Valero Marketing and Supply Company<\/i>, Case No. 3:15-cv-05557-RS.\u00a0 Valero denies\u00a0these\u00a0allegations and there has been no finding of liability against Valero.\u00a0 Valero has agreed to the Settlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with continuing the case.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"prntac\"><b>WHO IS IN THE SETTLEMENT CLASS?<br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>You need to decide whether you are affected by this Settlement.
