On <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 17, 2021<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-org\">Mallinckrodt<\/span> plc and its affiliates (the &#8220;Debtors&#8221;) filed their Plan of Reorganization (the &#8220;Plan&#8221;) in <span class=\"xn-location\">the United States<\/span> Bankruptcy Court for the District of <span class=\"xn-location\">Delaware<\/span> and their related Disclosure Statement.
