Most importantly, we want our customers to know we are here to help and we care.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b>Building Awareness in Communities <br \/><\/b>Working with social service agencies, PSE&amp;G has brought community advocates into several of its customer service centers to personally help customers access resources to help pay their utility bill.<\/p>\n<p\/>\n<p>Community outreach efforts also include a grass roots approach. PSE&amp;G participated in several pandemic related relief events and deployed dozens of outreach associates into communities, going door to door handing out information.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xn-location\">New Jersey<\/span> residents can find out if they&#8217;re eligible with this anonymous online screening tool:\u00a0<u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/njdca-housing.dynamics365portals.us\/en-US\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">nj.gov\/dca\/dcaid<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Flexible Payment Options<\/b> <br \/>PSE&amp;G is offering more flexible payment options and new\u00a0<u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nj.pseg.com\/saveenergyandmoney\/gethelppayingyourbill\/strugglingtopay#DeferredPaymentProgram\" rel=\"nofollow\">deferred payment arrangements<\/a><\/u>\u00a0(DPAs). A DPA allows customers to continue to pay their regular monthly bill, plus an amount toward your past-due balance.
