Ltd (collectively &#8220;StarKist&#8221;) and Bumble Bee Foods, LLC (&#8220;Bumble Bee&#8221;) and its parent companies Lion Capital (Americas), Inc. (&#8220;<span class=\"xn-person\">Lion America<\/span>&#8220;). \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>EPPs allege that from <span class=\"xn-chron\">June 1, 2011<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-chron\">July 1, 2015<\/span> Defendants participated in an unlawful conspiracy to raise, fix, maintain, or stabilize the price of Packaged Tuna products at an artificially high level in violation of antitrust and unfair competition laws.\u00a0 In <span class=\"xn-chron\">July 2019<\/span>, the Court certified a class of End Payer Plaintiffs and selected <span class=\"xn-person\">Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman<\/span> &amp;
