WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — ZGS Communications announced the launch of WZTD Telemundo Richmond, the only local Spanish-language television broadcast station in the market. ZGS is the largest independent owner and operator of television stations affiliated with the Telemundo network, and the addition of WZTD will increase the number of stations it operates to 13, further expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

WZTD will become the first station in history to broadcast the Inauguration of Virginia’s Governor live from the State Capitol in Spanish on January 16, 2010.
