MEXICO CITY, June 15, 2017 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL14), a leading owner of Class-A logistics real estate in Mexico, today announced it will host an ordinary certificate holders’ meeting Monday, June 26, 2017 at 14:00 p.m. CT in the office of the Common Representative, Monex Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., located at Av. Paseo de la Reforma No. 284, floor 9, Col. Juárez, C.P. 06600, México, Distrito Federal.
The agenda for the Ordinary Holders’ Meeting includes the management presentation with respect to the triggering of an incentive fee on June 4, 2017 by its sponsor, Prologis, in accordance with the Management Agreement and approval for the holders to carry out the issuance of 4,383,025 additional CBFIs. Should the holders not approve the issuance of the CBFIs, the incentive fee will be paid in cash as provided in the Management Agreement. Any new CBFIs issued for the payment of the incentive fee will be subject to a lock-up period of six months.
The incentive fee was calculated by FIBRA Prologis, and validated by its external auditor.
