Ingredients:
2 cans (4.5 oz.) Bella Portofino Solid Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
4 oz. Brie cheese, sliced thinly
1 cup arugula
1 pear, sliced thinly
4 tsp. Dijon mustard (optional)

Directions:

  1. Spread the Brie cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Place under the broiler to melt cheese slightly.
  2. Top the cheese with pieces of tuna, arugula and slices of pear. Spread the inside of the top of the roll with Dijon mustard if desired.
  3. Set the top of the roll on the arugula, and place in a warm oven to heat for approximately 5 minutes.

Cook Time: 8 minutes
