MIAMI, March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — For the second consecutive year Jackson Health Foundation announces One Day for Jackson, taking place on April 3, 2025, a day of giving dedicated to raising funds and awareness exclusively for Jackson Health System. The announcement comes with the introduction of the inaugural One Day for Jackson Benefit Concert, presented by Sunshine Gasoline Distributors and headlined by award-winning rapper Rick Ross. The musical event will take place on the evening of April 3 at loanDepot park in the West Plaza at 6 p.m. Attendees will also enjoy performances and special guest appearances by DJ Alex Sensation, DJ Irie, and comedian Mario Ramil. Tickets can be found at OneDayforJackson.org starting at $75, with proceeds benefiting Jackson.

In addition to the benefit concert, the Miami-Dade community will have the opportunity to support One Day for Jackson by participating in various activities leading up to and on April 3. These activities include buying tickets to dedicated events, making purchases at select retail partners such as Chik-Fil-A, Five Guys, Sushi Maki, Vicky Bakery, and more. Proceeds from the campaign’s efforts will help support Jackson in providing the most advanced treatments, innovative technology, and cutting-edge facilities to give patients their lives back.

“By supporting Jackson you are investing in the health and well-being of our entire community,” said Flavia Llizo, CEO of Jackson Health Foundation. “Your generosity helps ensure that world-class healthcare remains accessible to all Miami-Dade County residents, regardless of their ability to pay. Every dollar makes a meaningful impact in transforming lives and strengthening our community.”

In its inaugural year, the campaign raised more than $550,000 thanks to the support of the Miami-Dade community. This year, the goal is to reach $1 million. Learn more about this cause, how you can get involved or donate by visiting OneDayforJackson.org.
