LAS VEGAS, June 17, 2020 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — JynTech Inc. announced today that the company’s board of directors, in conjunction with founding leadership, have merged with Southwest Pacific Holding Company, LLC, while also naming Ing. M. David King, Ph.D., as co-founder, chief scientist, and participating member of the board. Most recently, Dr. King was Chief Scientist for SWPHC, LLC, a position he held for 25 years.

"The new normal."

Dr. King brings over 30 years of experience, including 25 years of clients, services, intellectual properties, and progress within several pioneering verticals in emerging technologies, while scaling operations and services.

Over the last 25 years, Dr. King has brought emerging technologies into the market, evolving through acquisition to include oil and gas, semiconductor design, IC/mainboard design and manufacture, electrical engineering design, mechanical engineering, additive manufacturing, and prototyping. Dr. King has been materially involved in securing, writing, adding, and creating intellectual property in the Fortune 500, contributing to more than 244 patents spanning several disciplines and launching five major enterprise software initiatives in the Fortune 50, as well as generating more than $300 million in revenue over five years.

Beginning his career in the military gave Dr. King a foundation of teamwork, discipline, and diversity. He quickly parlayed that into a small technology contracting company that grew to include projects for the government (GSA, DARPA, NSA, and NMCI), NGOs (MITRE Corporation and BRAC), and contracts in the Fortune 1000/100/50. Over time, the clients grew to include Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and boutique FinTech companies developing strategies for credit hedge, macro hedge, and equity hedge algorithmic procedure systems-and-technology.

SWPHC pivoted into software, Internet, enterprise design, and algorithmic trading systems in the late ’90s. They began developing emerging technologies relying on deep learning (“DL”), machine learning (“ML”), and artificial intelligence (“AI”), including designs and techniques used in Aerospace, EV, Digital Infrastructure, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

The pivot(s) expanded SWPHC’s clients to include Silicon Graphics, Apple, Google, Cray, Blue Horizon, SpaceX, Tesla, Volkswagen Design, Siemens, Boeing, Virgin Aviation, IBM, QuantX, IBM-Q, Princeton University, and Carnegie Mellon Advanced Research Center.

Dr. King is bringing the clients, services, intellectual properties, and all the assets contained within SWPHC into JynTech Inc., expanding our reach, services, and portfolio dramatically.

JynTech Inc. is growing through this acquisition to focus the incoming intellectual properties on integrating with JynTech’s product offerings in CannaScience, finance, mobility, and science (nutraceuticals, canaceuticals, and medical devices/equipment.) In the last two quarters of 2020, JynTech will launch four new products in the US and our worldwide headquarters in Monterrey, Mexico.

“With the acquisition of SWPHC, LLC, we now have an international presence to affect our marketplaces and an engineering group that can nimbly execute from prototype to production.”
Daniel Graf, CEO, JynTech, Inc.

JynTech Inc. is a company primarily focused on Latin America, Mexico, and the LATAM diaspora throughout North and South America. JynTech currently produces products in the market through business units and subsidiaries that include food and beverage, boutique natural health products, CBD/CBG/CBN supercritical development systems, and enterprise technology solutions for Tier 1 manufacturers and suppliers throughout the US and Latin America. Furthermore, having a mix of multiple nationalities within the Founders of the company (one Mexican, one Franco-Mexican, and one Israeli American), in addition to years of international business experience, gives us the ability to play as locals across both the Latin-American and U.S. markets.

“Opportunities like this are rarer than people believe — JynTech looks forward to adding two decades worth of clients and superlative service to our group. Completing this merger brings together three individuals into a single organization, which create an enterprise solution group by their very presence. We have effectively gathered nearly 50 years of corporate and technological experience, and we think the result is going to be amazing!” — Gilles Suberville CMO, Founder
