CHICAGO, May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — This Saturday, June 4, 2016, the National Alliance for Hispanic Health and the Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition present the 10th Annual ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!®Chicago. The event promotes Hispanic family physical activity and good nutrition for better health and wellness for all. This FREE, open to the public event is made possible by an extraordinary group of partners and volunteers.

- Health Screenings and Information: including blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, vision; prostate; and dental exams, as well as Medicare and Medicaid enrollment information
- Fitness: Exercise demonstrations and a family fitness walk
- Nutrition: Fresh fruits and healthy snacks available, along with educational resources on nutrition
- Sports: A youth soccer tournament
