Zachary joins Live Nation from The Raine Group, where as a managing director of the merchant bank, he collaborated with Live Nation’s team on its festival strategy, and was a key part of recent Live Nation deals, including C3 Presents and the programming partnership with VICE, where he also holds board affiliations.

Throughout his career, Zachary has executed a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and strategic assignments for clients in the media, entertainment and digital media industries. In addition to taking on operational and strategic roles with advising executive teams around the world, he has worked in the global media investment banking groups of Lehman Brothers as well as UBS Investment Bank. Zachary currently serves on the boards of Margaritaville and C3 Presents, and is an observer on the board of directors of Vice Media and Important Studios. He holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
