March of Dimes recognizes top March for Babies fundraising teams and individuals
ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — March of Dimes, the nation’s leading nonprofit fighting for the health of moms and babies, is celebrating the tremendous success of the 55th annual March for Babies. Held in cities across the country, this year’s event brought together over 37,000 registered walkers who showed up to raise awareness, rally their communities, and generate critical funding to combat the maternal and infant health crisis in the United States.

This year’s March for Babies has raised more than $15 million, a milestone that will fund groundbreaking research, community-based programs, and vital policy advocacy to improve health outcomes for all families. Fundraising will continue for the 2025 campaign through the end of the year.
“Seeing thousands come together for moms and babies is both inspiring and impactful,” said Cindy Rahman, President and CEO of March of Dimes. “We are grateful for the continued support of our partners, walkers, and volunteers who make this work possible. Together, we’re addressing the urgent need for better maternal and infant healthcare in this country, especially in communities that need it most.”
