Eddy brings more than 23 years of experience with Pep Boys, beginning his career as a part-time Team Member and advancing through a variety of leadership roles, including Store Manager, Area Director, Regional Director and Director of Quality Service. Throughout his tenure, the Company recognized him for transforming markets and leading high-volume flagship locations that consistently deliver results.
In his new role, Eddy will leverage his extensive operational experience across multiple U.S. regions to drive improvements in store conditions, customer service, profitability and team development in Puerto Rico. His leadership philosophy centers on clearing obstacles so his team can work more efficiently, while still being challenged to grow.
