Seasoned Television Sales Industry Executive Nicolas J. Valls Joins MundoMax As SVP Of Ad Sales

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — MundoMax, the newly-rebranded U.S.-based Spanish-language broadcast network 100% owned and operated by media conglomerate RCN Television Group, announced the appointment of 30-year seasoned television sales executive Nicolas J. Valls, as SVP of Advertising Sales.

In the newly established ad sales structure, Valls will oversee network and local affiliate sales for Miami, Houston, and Los Angeles.

Prior to his post at Hemisphere Media Group, Valls was with Univision for more than 25 years. He served in various sales and marketing roles until promoted to one of three SVP positions in network sales, where he managed more than $275 million in annual network sales revenue. During his tenure at the Network, Valls was responsible for creating a custom marketing innovation team that conceived and executed tailored marketing programs for the network’s top advertisers.
