The Concilio Presents Ninth Annual Vive Tu Vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® Event
DALLAS, Sept. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — This Saturday, September 12, 2015, the National Alliance for Hispanic Health (the Alliance) and The Concilio present Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving! ®. The event promotes physical activity and good nutrition among Hispanic families for better health and wellness. This event is FREE and open to the public and is made possible by an extraordinary group of volunteers and partners, including local Presenting Sponsor, Baylor Scott & White Health.

What:
- Health Screenings*: Including dental, kidney, vision, mammograms, glucose and cholesterol, flu shots, and HIV/AIDS testing from 9am to 12:30pm
- Fitness and Sports: Kid Zone with rock wall climbing, tennis clinics, inflatable games, and join the Zumbathon from 10am to 12pm
- Health Insurance: Information and assistance for the Texas Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Medicaid, and the Texas Health Insurance Marketplace.
- Nutrition: Families receive five pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables (while supplies last) from the North Texas Food Bank, information about SNAP benefits, and healthy recipes.
