The Heart Failure of Society of America (HFSA) in collaboration with The American Association of Heart Failure Nurses (AAHFN) invites you to join us at the Heart Failure Patient Health Fair Day on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Gaylord National Harbor. This event is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the heart failure community by providing opportunities for patients and caregivers to connect with multi-disciplinary heart failure experts and resources.

In order to facilitate media reporters in joining and reporting this premier event, the Organizing Committee kindly requests your esteemed office officially assign reporters as representatives for your agency to the event.

The Organizing Committee offers you two free registrations for two persons including full service (complimentary coffee-breaks, lunches, presentations, exhibition area attendance, free press room use, presentation of the logo on the HFSA web site). Use of any other equipment will require payment.
