Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo’s Bakery and star of the hit TLC series Cake Boss, will introduce the fifth Lone Star State bakery alongside his close-knit family with a ceremonial ribbon cutting and meet and greet.

The grand opening of Carlo’s Bakery at La Plaza Mall will be celebrated on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Buddy Valastro and his family will host the brand’s traditional ribbon cutting ceremony at 7:00am. The bakery will open for business immediately following the ceremony with meet and greet opportunities available to bakery patrons.
