Oscar Garcia Mendoza Joins the Atlas Network Advisory Council


CARACAS, Venezuela, Feb. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ — CEDICE Libertad announced that its Vice President, Oscar Garcia Mendoza, a longtime banking figure, author and human rights advocate, has joined the Advisory Council of the Atlas Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to the worldwide freedom movement.
